Events hosted on Monday – Thursday are $100 per hour and events hosted on Friday – Sunday are $200 per hour. The rental fee includes tables, chairs, table linen (Black), Bluetooth-enabled speaker and 2 projectors. Click Here for Rental Pricing
A signed contract and deposit of 50% of the total rental fee must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). The final balance of your space rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to your event.
We include 150 black metal folding chairs.
50 Clear Chiavari chairs are also available for an additional $5 per chair. This fee is only applicable if you are using the event space. Additional charges apply if you are renting these chairs to use outside of our space.
There is a 4-hour minimum requirement for all bookings. $75 is added to the hourly rental rate for each hour that the renter goes over their contracted timeframe.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to Active Duty & Retired Military Service Members on all venue packages.
We require a copy of the military ID
Payments are non-refundable as your agreement to rent Warehouse 635 may cause the loss of additional bookings or business. If circumstances beyond the control of the Owner or the Renter force cancellation of your reservation, such as state mandated closures, the Owner will refund all sums paid. The Owner will use their discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We provide basic WI-FI. A password will be given prior to event
We offer one (1) bluetooth-enabled speaker that you or your DJ can easily connect to during your event.
One hour prior to event start time will be provided at no cost. Additional time needed should be included in total hours above.
Warehouse 635 wants to make events here a special and welcome experience. Every effort will be made to allow the Renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and walls. Any damage will be charged after your event.
Yes, you will have full access to the fridge in the kitchenette to hold food and beverages. The extra wide refrigerator makes it easy to store large platters.
There is a $150 fee added to all bookings. We will clean the space before and after your event. This includes sweeping, mopping and detailing the bathroom.
All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. You are not permitted to leave anything on site after the contracted end time.
No, we do not allow onsite cooking.
There is a strict no smoking policy inside Warehouse 635.
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food.
The maximum capacity is 150 people
Special Event Liability Insurance is required of ALL renters and is due no later than ten (10) days prior to your event and Warehouse 635, LLC shall be named as an additional insured of said policy. Insurance can be obtained through any event insurance company or can be conveniently secured through our Eventsured partnership page: Click here

If the Renter will have alcohol on the premises, the Renter agrees to include a Host Liquor Liability Rider within their Special Event Liability Insurance policy. If a caterer or bartender is hired in order to sell alcohol during your event, a copy of their permit must be provided to Warehouse 635 at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the event. In addition, alcohol permits must be displayed during the event. Under NO circumstances shall the Renter sell or attempt to sell any alcohol to anyone without an alcohol permit on file. Renter shall not permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to consume alcohol regardless of whether or not the person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Yes, parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
We offer tours of the space by appointment only on Tuesdays between 3PM – 6PM and Saturdays at 10AM – 12PM. Please CLICK HERE to schedule an appointment.
Yes, a handicap ramp can be accessed at the rear left side of the building. In addition, the space has an ADA-approved restroom.
Our bar service fee includes 1 bartender for 4 hours. The bar will be stocked with spirits, wine and beer along with garnish, ice, napkins and stirrers. Any special requests should be communicated to Warehouse 635 at least 5 business days before your scheduled event. We will make every effort to accommodate.
