All rentals (unless noted otherwise) include ten (10) 60” round tables, ten (10) 8’ rectangle tables, 150 black folding chairs, mobile bar, rolling cooler, one (1) Bluetooth-enabled speaker and two (2) projectors
WeekDAY rentals require a minimum of 3 hours and weekEND rentals require a minimum of 7 hours. Promotional offers and monthly rentals may vary. Please reach out to Warehouse 635 directly to confirm.
An automatic charge of the standard hourly rate + $75 will be incurred for each hour that a Renter stays in the space beyond their contracted end time.
We include 150 black metal folding chairs.
Weekdays require a minimum booking timeframe of 3 hours and weekends are booked on half day (7 hour) and full day (14 hours) blocks of time. Any time within the space that exceeds the timeframe that was included in the rental agreement will incur an additional fee.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to Active Duty & Retired Military Service Members on all venue packages.
We require a copy of the military ID
Payments are refundable in full if cancelled in writing 60 days prior to your event. Any cancellation requests received after that point are non-refundable as your agreement to rent Warehouse 635 may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.
We provide basic WI-FI. A password will be given prior to event
We offer one (1) bluetooth-enabled speaker that you or your DJ can easily connect to during your event.
Tape, nails, screws, staples and penetrating items are no longer allowed on our walls, floors or ceiling. Open flame candles, glitter and confetti are not allowed inside the space. Any violation to these rules and damage to the space will incur additional charges. Please discuss any necessary exceptions with Warehouse 635 prior to your event.
Yes, you will have full access to the fridge in the kitchenette to hold food and beverages. The extra wide refrigerator makes it easy to store large platters.
Yes, our event venue includes an ADA-compliant restroom inside the main space for accessibility and convenience. Additionally, there are separate men's and women's restrooms located in the back hallway.
We offer tours of the space by appointment only on Tuesdays between 4PM – 6PM. Please CLICK HERE to schedule an appointment.
All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed at the conclusion of the event. Renters are responsible for placing all used linen in the laundry bag provided and discarding all trash in the dumpster. The $150 cleaning fee that is added to hourly rentals covers sweeping, mopping, sanitizing furniture and detailing the bathroom and kitchen.
No, we do not allow onsite cooking.
There is a strict no smoking policy inside Warehouse 635.
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring in your own food
Any event that is open to the public and serving food or beverage (even if tickets are required) needs to pull a temporary food establishment permit with the Health District. A copy of your temporary permit should be provided back to Warehouse 635 before the scheduled event. Yes. Special Event Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and is due at least ten (10) days before your event. Your policy must include a single limit liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and a general aggregate of at least $2,000,000. Please list Warehouse 635 as an Additional Insured.

100 to 150 guests: about $117
Most policies fall in this range. Ticketed events or events open to the public can cost more.
If the Renter will have alcohol on the premises, the Renter agrees to include a Host Liquor Liability Rider within their Special Event Liability Insurance policy. If a caterer or bartender is hired in order to sell alcohol during your event, a copy of their permit must be provided to Warehouse 635 at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the event. In addition, alcohol permits must be displayed during the event. Under NO circumstances shall the Renter sell or attempt to sell any alcohol to anyone without an alcohol permit on file. Renter shall not permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to consume alcohol regardless of whether or not the person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Yes, parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
Yes, a handicap ramp can be accessed at the rear left side of the building. In addition, the space has an ADA-approved restroom.
Use of the mezzanine is restricted to the Owner and staff only.
The loading dock doors should remain locked at all times before, during and after each event.
Warehouse 635 is designed for private events such as workshops, networking gatherings, dinner parties, yoga classes, and small celebrations. Public events, ticketed events, or any entertainment events that are advertised to the general public must be pre-approved by the Owner and may require additional permits. We do not allow events that violate local ordinances or any activities that would compromise the safety or integrity of the space.
No, additional time is not provided for set-up or breakdown. All time spent in the venue must be included in your booking. However, we do offer reduced rates for longer blocks of time to help accommodate your set-up and breakdown needs.
